POULTRY SLAUGHTERHOUSE
COMPLETE TURNKEY SOLUTIONS
We design, build, and deliver fully integrated sheep and goat slaughterhouse facilities — from concept development, planning, feasibility studies, and engineering design to equipment supply, installation, commissioning, training, and long-term maintenance support.
Engineered to achieve the highest standards of hygiene, operational efficiency, and animal welfare, our facilities incorporate a controlled one-way process flow system to eliminate cross-contamination between dirty and clean zones, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performance operations.

Poultry Slaughterhouse — Detailed System Overview
Our poultry slaughterhouse facilities are designed with a fully integrated, high-capacity processing system, ensuring efficient operations from live bird reception to final product handling. Each stage is engineered to maintain strict hygiene control, consistent product quality, and full compliance with food safety and Halal standards.
The process begins with controlled live bird handling, including receiving, hanging, and pre-slaughter management systems designed to minimize stress and ensure proper animal welfare practices. This is followed by automated stunning and precise slaughtering processes, aligned with regulatory and Halal requirements.
Primary processing includes bleeding, scalding, and defeathering using advanced automated systems to ensure speed, consistency, and product quality. The process continues with evisceration, washing, and inspection stages, supported by strict Quality Control (QC) checkpoints to maintain hygiene and product standards throughout the line.
Carcass handling and processing are designed within a controlled one-way process flow, ensuring clear separation between dirty and clean zones to eliminate cross-contamination risks and maintain a safe processing environment.
The facility is equipped with modern, high-performance machinery and conveyor systems to support large-scale production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual handling.
Further integration includes chilling systems such as immersion or air chilling to rapidly reduce product temperature and preserve meat quality, followed by cutting, deboning, and packaging areas as required.
In addition, we incorporate complete supporting and utility systems, including water supply, wastewater treatment, cold storage, sanitation systems, and energy-efficient solutions to ensure continuous, sustainable, and fully compliant operations.
