SHEEP & GOAT SLAUGHTERHOUSE
COMPLETE TURNKEY SOLUTIONS
We design, build, and deliver fully integrated sheep and goat slaughterhouse facilities — from concept development, planning, feasibility studies, and engineering design to equipment supply, installation, commissioning, training, and long-term maintenance support.
Engineered to achieve the highest standards of hygiene, operational efficiency, and animal welfare, our facilities incorporate a controlled one-way process flow system to eliminate cross-contamination between dirty and clean zones, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performance operations.

Sheep & Goat Slaughterhouse — Detailed System Overview
Our sheep and goat slaughterhouse facilities are designed with a fully integrated process flow, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from animal reception to final product handling. Each stage is carefully engineered to maintain strict hygiene control, optimize processing efficiency, and comply with international food safety and animal welfare standards.
The process begins with controlled livestock handling and lairage systems, designed to minimize stress and ensure proper holding conditions. This is followed by humane stunning and slaughtering processes in accordance with regulatory and welfare requirements.
Carcass processing is carried out through a structured line system, including bleeding, skinning (pelting), evisceration, and inspection — all arranged within a one-way process flow to strictly separate dirty and clean zones and eliminate any risk of cross-contamination.
The facility is further supported by integrated systems such as overhead rail systems, hygienic processing equipment, by-product handling, and sanitation control systems to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant operations.
In addition, we incorporate essential utility systems including water supply, wastewater treatment, cold storage integration, and energy-efficient solutions to support continuous and sustainable plant performance.
