JARVIS - Beef Stimulator ES-4

The Jarvis Model ES-4 - electrically powered low voltage beef stimulator.
 
The Jarvis Model ES-4 applies an exactly controlled electrical current (at a low voltage) to beef carcasses producing the following advantages:

  • Accelerates the lowering of the PH - reducing the aging period and shrink loss (cold shortening).
