The 1T/batch and 2T/batch units are designed and developed for farms and slaughterhouses. The heating modes include electric heating and high-temperature, high-pressure (140°C, 0.35 MPa) drying treatment. The complete set of equipment includes a feeding system, pre-crusher, high-temperature and high-pressure drying machine, exhaust gas condenser, cooling tower, and other supporting systems. The unit offers the advantages of fully automatic control, simple operation, no need to add auxiliary materials during processing, and environmentally friendly operation.
