    • Primarily used for cleaning, descaling, and washing products. Raw materials and wastewater
    • are separated, ensuring hygienic operation and easy cleaning. Mainly used in fish fillet processing plants.
    • Equipment Configuration:
    1. The main frame is constructed from 50 × 50 × 2.0 mm stainless steel square tubes.
    2. Moving components are made of 6–8 mm stainless steel.
    3. The front and rear main rollers are made of 10 mm thick stainless steel.
    4. The rear section of the conveyor belt can be lifted for easy cleaning beneath the belt.
    5. Imported, mildew-resistant sanitary conveyor belts are used.
    6. The worktables on both sides are made of 2.0 mm thick stainless steel, with a centralized wastewater collection system.
    7. The upper and lower conveyor belts are equipped with Mitsubishi variable-frequency drive (VFD) motors for adjustable speed control.
    8. Suitable for simultaneous operation by 10–12 operators, making it ideal for butterfly-cut (open-back) fish processing and fish fillet processing.
