    • Primarily used for descaling and back-opening fresh fish, this machine can process fresh or thawed fish. The descaling pressure and operating speed can be adjusted according to the type of fish.
    • It can process fish weighing approximately 200 g–3,000 g and up to 20 cm in height. Larger specifications can be customized for various fish species.
    • It descales and opens the backs of medium to large fish using water pressure in a single operation.
    • Applicable fish species: Flowerhead Carp, Silver Carp, Perch, Yellow Croaker, Grass Carp, and various other fish species.
